What if I need to change the delivery address before my order is dispatched?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please follow the instructions provided here to cancel your order as soon as possible. You can then proceed to place a new order with the correct delivery address.

Is it possible to change the delivery address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make or request any amendments to the shipping address due to the strict policies and rules set by shipping carriers for security reasons.

What can I do if my order is being shipped to an incorrect address?

1. Contact the Carrier via your tracking link:

 If the delivery has not yet been attempted, you may be able to contact the shipping carrier directly through your tracking link and request a delivery address change. Please note that this option is subject to the carrier's policies and may not always be possible.

2. Arrange for Redelivery: 

If there is a failed delivery attempt, you can usually communicate with the carrier via your tracking link to arrange for redelivery at a suitable time and place.

What happens if my package is returned to sender due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt?

If the delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will gladly process your resolution once we receive the package back at our facility.
