Can I make changes to items in my order or cancel it after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend any items within it. Our warehouse operates with quick processing times to ensure your orders are shipped promptly.
Is there a window for canceling orders?
Unfortunately, due to fast processing times at our warehouse it is not possible to cancel or amend orders after they have been submitted.
What about Subscription (Flawless 365 Auto Replenish) orders?
Because subscription orders undergo automated processing, it's not possible to cancel shipments. If you wish to skip an upcoming order, please ensure to do so at least 48 hours before your next processing due date. Keep an eye on your email for notifications regarding upcoming shipments, including checking your junk/spam folders. Adding our email to your contacts can help ensure you receive these notifications safely.
Can I cancel an order after it has entered the processing stage or has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, once orders enter the processing stage or are dispatched, they cannot be canceled. In such cases, returns would be necessary. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
