• Can I use my Flawless Rewards Points against a Flawless365 subscription?

Unfortunately, Flawless Rewards Points cannot be redeemed against subscription orders. They can only be used for stand-alone product purchases that are not part of a subscription.

• Why can’t I use points on subscriptions?

Flawless365 subscriptions already offer 20% off, which provides significant savings over time. This is why points cannot be used on subscription items.

• How to use your Flawless Rewards Points?

You can redeem your Flawless Rewards Points by purchasing one-time items outside of your subscription. This allows you to take advantage of your rewards while still enjoying the benefits of your Flawless365 subscription.

• Will I get free shipping on Flawless365 orders?

You can enjoy free delivery on your Flawless365 subscription orders when the total is over £50/$50 and all items are scheduled for the same delivery cycle. For more information on shipping costs for Flawless365 deliveries, please consult our help page here. 

• Can I add a one-time purchase to my subscription order?

You can indeed, just be sure to add the one-time purchase to your subscription 48 hours before payment is due to be processed. Please see our help page article here on how to do this. 

• Will I be reminded of my upcoming order?

Yes! An email is sent three days before your order is due to be processed. Please be sure to add us to your safe senders list.  

• My orders aren't on the same shipping date, will they be shipped together?  

Subscriptions on different order lines will automatically be merged together, only if the delivery dates are within five days of each other.  For more information on how to merge your subscriptions together, please consult our help page here, and scroll to 'How to Fix Separate Subscriptions'.

• Can I add my Flawless Rewards to a one-time purchase being shipped with a subscription order?

You can! Please contact us on [email protected] and we can apply your points to the one-time purchase being shipped with your subscription. Please be sure to get in touch with us 48 hours before your subscription is due to be processed.
