• Separate Parcels: If your orders are shipping on the same date but in separate parcels and shipping is being charged, it means you have set up multiple subscriptions instead of adding new items to an existing subscription.

1.Select the subscription you'd like to merge and click 'Merge subscription'

2. You will then see the list of available subscription items to merge

3. Click 'Merge', you may need to refresh the page to see your changes reflected
