European Union - No. You will not be asked to pay any additional duties, taxes or customs charges when your order is delivered.

All applicable duties and taxes are prepaid (Delivered Duties Paid - DDP) and are included in the total you pay at checkout. This includes any charges arising from the recent changes to EU import regulations that came into effect on 1st July 2026. If you are contacted by your local customs office or delivery carrier and asked to pay any fees before delivery, please contact our Customer Support team and we'll resolve it for you.

USA - We ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) so all additional duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout.

ROW (Rest of World) - tax and duty are not included in the purchase price and may or may not be charged depending on your local customs regulations. Please visit your local post or customs site for accurate information. These are entirely the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for delays or issues in your shipment clearing customs.
