Sorry about that! Tracking can sometimes take up to 24 hours to get going once a package leaves us.
For international deliveries, we recommend checking your tracking number on your local postal service tracking for additional information. If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, please bear in mind that shipping information is updated at various checkpoints as your parcel travels through the delivery service network, and a gap in updates doesn't mean your package is lost, it's just not reach the next scanning checkpoint yet.

If your item is marked as delivered on the tracking but you haven't received it, please contact us ASAP and within 24 hours of the update.
