Troubleshooting
Difficulty accessing Rewards is usually due to browser settings try to place your order with another device or a different browser; or, in Incognito Mode. If you are connected to Wi-Fi, please switch to a 4G connection. Conversely, if you are using 4G, please switch to Wi-Fi.
Ensure to clear the cache, cookies and history in your browser as this can help the website to load without issues.
