United Kingdom:
We offer two shipping speeds:
- Standard (2-3 business days): £3.25 (Free when you spend £50+)
- Express (1 business days): £5.95 (Free when you spend £100+)
For Express Shipping, orders must be placed by 1pm Monday - Friday to be dispatched on the same day.
We ship to Mainland UK, plus the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. We also ship to BFPO addresses and PO Boxes.
Dr Sam’s orders sent to UK addresses are delivered by Royal Mail or EVRi, you can select your preference at the checkout. Neither require a signature for delivery.
Worldwide
We offer two shipping speeds:
- Standard Shipping (10-14 business days): £4.95 (Free when you spend £50)
- Express Shipping* - DHL Express (3-5 business days): £17.00
EU CUSTOMERS: Duties & Tax are prepaid (DDP) and included at checkout for orders under £120. Orders above £120 may be subject to additional duties or taxes. If you are contacted by your local customs office and asked to pay any fees please contact us.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. All estimated delivery times could be delayed by customs entry procedures.

You’ll see the total cost of your order during checkout. Your payment method will be charged in Pound sterling (GBP) according to those charges. See information below on tax and duty charges that may or may not be applied to your order upon delivery.
