How to Redeem Your Points
Redeeming your points at Dr Sam's is simple and easy. Follow the steps below to make the most of your rewards:
- Log into your Dr Sam's account here
- Add items to your basket and proceed to the "Checkout" page
- Simply use the points slider to select how many points to redeem
- Click 'Redeem' and complete your purchase with the applied discount
If you are using the ShopPay checkout method, please follow the below steps:
- Log into your Dr Sam's account here
- Go to the 'Rewards' tab.
- Choose 'Ways to Redeem', select an amount, and click 'Redeem'.
- Use the unique code at checkout.
Please Note:
- Currently, rewards can only be redeemed alongside one-time purchases and not Auto Replenish orders.
- When signing up for our Flawless365 Auto Replenishment program, you'll automatically receive a 20% discount on products held. To utilize your rewards, ensure you're adding items to your basket as a one-time purchase.
