You can make changes to your Auto-Replenishment from your account. Once signed in please click on Subscription in your account you should be able to see your subscription dashboard with all upcoming orders and make any required changes. 

Frequency

You can update the frequency of your shipments directly from your subscription dashboard. 

1. Click on 'Edit Frequency'

2. Select how often you wish to receive your subscription shipment

3. Click 'Apply' 

You should then see the new frequency selected appear on your subscriptions. For more information on the recommended frequency per product, please check our Help Page How Often Should I Set My Products to Auto-Replenish here.

Important Notes on Frequency: 

1) If you are subscribed to multiple products (for example Flawless Cleanser, Flawless Moisturiser, etc.) you will have to perform these actions for each of the products. This gives you flexibility in case you want, for example, to receive your order of Flawless Cleanser on one schedule, and your Flawless Moisturiser on a different schedule.

2) Changing the Frequency of your subscription, does not necessarily change the date of your subscription. In the example below, the frequency is set to 8 weeks with the shipment dispatch date being the 30th April: 

If you are subscribed to multiple items, and would like them to be on different frequencies, you will need to 'Split subscription', as below:

You can then update the frequency of the split item(s) as normal. 

Date

The date on your subscription (i.e the 30th April), is the date on which your payment will be processed. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the payment being processed. 

If you would like to change the date:

1. Click on 'Next order date' in your subscription dashboard.

2. Select the date you want the order to be processed 

3. You will then see your new processing date.
