You may have noticed a few changes to your account recently. This is part of our website upgrade, designed to make managing your skincare routine smoother, more reliable and easier to navigate.

As part of this change, all US customer accounts have been moved to our new, global website: https://drsambunting.com/

This means that any Flawless365 subscriptions on the legacy US website will need to be reactivated on the new global website, so you can manage upcoming deliveries and continue receiving your regular products.



Accessing Your Account

We now have one unified website for all customers. If you are based in the US, you can log in and shop directly at drsambunting.com/en-us.

Alternatively, visit drsambunting.com and choose your country from the drop down menu. This allows you to view and purchase products in USD.

If you need to view or update a subscription created before the website update, you can still do so here: us-subscriptions.drsambunting.com

Please note that all new orders must be placed on drsambunting.com/en-us.


How to Reactivate Your Subscription

You can restart your subscription by following the link in the email we sent at the end of August 2025. If you need any help, please contact our Customer Experience Team at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.

When you reactivate your subscription, you will not be starting over from scratch. We will manually adjust your payment cycle so it reflects your previous subscription history. This means your routine will continue seamlessly, just as before.

As a small thank you for your loyalty, you will receive an additional 30%* off your first subscription order placed through the new site**, on top of your regular 20% subscription savings. 

*This offer applies only to customers who had an active subscription before the website merge. If you are subscribing for the first time, this offer will not apply.

** The extra 30% discount will be applied to your first subscription order placed on the new website. All following subscription shipments will receive the usual 20% discount.


Why Past Orders May Show New Dates

If you have spotted what looks like unexpected order activity in your account, please be reassured that you have not been charged for any new or unauthorised orders.

During our recent system update, we merged customer order histories so that all past purchases now appear in one place. As a result, you may see older orders displaying dates such as July 22 or July 28. These are simply the dates the merge took place, not new transactions.

Your account remains completely secure, and no extra payments have been processed. We are currently updating how these orders display to make things clearer moving forward.
