You have full control over your Flawless365 subscription, including the ability to pause your subscription, or cancel after 3 payment cycles.

How to Pause or Cancel Your Subscription:

1. Sign In: Log into your account.
2. Access Subscriptions: Click on 'Subscription' to view all your upcoming orders.
3. Manage Subscription: Select the product you wish to make changes to and click 'Manage Subscription'.
4. Modify Your Order: Scroll to the bottom of the page to see available options:
   • Swap Product
   • Skip this Order
   • Cancel Subscription

Important: You must complete 3 payment cycles before you can cancel your subscription. If you are subscribed to multiple products (e.g., Flawless Cleanser, Flawless Moisturiser), you will need to manage each product individually. This allows you to, for instance, continue receiving Flawless Cleanser while pausing the delivery of Flawless Moisturiser. Subscription pause intervals are 1, 2 or 4 weeks. Maximum future billing date edit is 90 days.
