To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Service team on [email protected]

When contacting Customer Service to arrange your return, please have the following information ready:

   - Order Number: This can be found on your order confirmation email or Dr Sam's account

   - Product Details: Please specify the item(s) you wish to return.

   - Reason for Return: Please provide a brief explanation of why you are returning the item(s).

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping fees incurred at the time of purchase as well as any return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
