How do I pause or cancel my Flawless365 Auto-Replenishment?Updated 3 days ago

You can pause or cancel your subscription from your account after 3 payment cycles. Once signed in please click on Subscription here you should be able to see your all upcoming orders. Click Manage Subscription and select the product that you wish to make changes to. Scroll to the bottom of the page, here you’ll see available options: Swap Product, Skip this order or Cancel subscription.

NOTE: if you are subscribed to multiple products (for example Flawless Cleanser, Flawless Moisturiser, etc.) you will have to perform these actions for each of the products. This gives you flexibility in case you want, for example, to receive your order of Flawless Cleanser as usual and just want to skip a delivery of Flawless Moisturiser.
