There’s no password to remember or reset with Dr Sam’s. Logging in is passwordless, so a one-time code is sent to your email address each time.

To log in:

1. Go to the login page and enter your email address.
2. Check your inbox for your one-time code.
3. Enter the code to log in.

Not received your code?

• Check your junk/spam folders.
• Make sure you’ve entered the email address you used when you placed your first order. A small typo, like a missing letter, is the most common reason a code doesn’t arrive.
